Apple Smart Glasses to Launch in 2027 Without Built-In Display
Apple plans to release its first smart glasses in late 2027. The device will feature cameras and speakers but will lack a built-in screen.
Apple scheduled the release of its first smart glasses for late 2027. American technology journalist Mark Gurman reported the timeline.
The initial version of the device will include built-in cameras, speakers, and a set of intelligent features. The company’s engineers decided against using a dedicated display in the debut model. Apple will add screens only to future generations of the gadget.
Concurrently, Apple is developing several other wearable devices. The company is gradually expanding its accessory lineup by testing core technologies on early product versions.
