Jerusalem: Pilates, Zumba and Yoga at the First Station Are Now More Accessible.

The Jerusalem Municipality and The First Station complex host regular open-air fitness sessions for residents and visitors. Every week, the historic venue offers classes suitable for all experience levels.

Pilates, Zumba, and Yoga in Jerusalem are now more accessible through a joint initiative by the local municipality and The First Station cultural hub. Open sports sessions take place weekly at the former railway station located at 4 David Remez Street. Classes are held outdoors in the main square or indoors in the Terminal hall, depending on the weather.

Zumba in Jerusalem

Free Zumba classes, led by certified instructor Miri Beck, take place every Monday at 7:00 PM. Participants only need to wear sports shoes and bring a water bottle. These sessions are designed for everyone, regardless of previous dance experience.

Pilates in Jerusalem

Pilates classes are held twice a week. On Fridays at 9:00 AM, participants join a complimentary workout with instructor Rucha in the central square. An additional class is available on Mondays at 9:00 AM for a nominal fee of 30 NIS.

Yoga in Jerusalem

Yoga practices run three times a week. Free sessions take place on Sundays from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM and on Wednesdays at 6:00 PM. Instructors also host occasional free Saturday morning classes.

Participants do not need prior registration for any of the workouts. Organizers advise checking the official website or Instagram page for WhatsApp group links to stay updated on schedule adjustments.
