Former Beitar Jerusalem head coach and ex-Israeli international Barak Yitzhaki has purchased an apartment in the JADE residential project in Ashkelon, which is being developed by Gohari-Afriat. The development is located in the city’s expanding Ir ha-Yayin district.
The apartment was purchased for approximately NIS 2 million. It is a three-room unit measuring 80 square meters and includes a 10-square-meter balcony.
Ir ha-Yayin is one of Ashkelon’s fastest-growing residential districts, with ongoing housing development and expanding public infrastructure. The area has attracted growing interest from both homebuyers and property investors as new residential projects continue to be launched.
