Family LEGO Animal Exhibition Opens in Jerusalem: Animal Paradise at Cinema City
A major entertainment event awaits residents and visitors of Jerusalem this autumn. During the high holidays, from Sept. 22 to Oct. 2, 2026, the Cinema City complex will turn into a real nature reserve thanks to the Animal Paradise exhibition. Visitors will see more than fifty stunning wild animal sculptures meticulously assembled from the world’s most popular building blocks. The event will be an excellent family getaway during the Sukkot holiday.
The exhibition offers a unique opportunity to come face-to-face with lions, pandas, tigers, giraffes, huge crocodiles, and amazing marine life. Many of these sculptures are life-size. Creating this unusual LEGO zoo took about two million bricks and over 8,000 hours of manual labor. Beyond viewing the impressive figures, organizers have prepared a rich interactive program. Guests can unleash their imagination in free-build zones, create unique patterns on a graffiti wall, take vibrant photos in special areas, and dive into virtual reality at the VR cinema.
To avoid crowds and ensure maximum comfort, entry to the exhibition will be organized in 90-minute sessions.
Tickets for the event are already available at the Bimot box office. The full admission price is 69 shekels, and a ticket is required for every guest regardless of age. Holders of the capital’s Yerushalmi club card receive a pleasant discount, bringing the ticket price down to 44 shekels.
The Grand Project’s Origins and Its Israeli Tour
Renowned British artist and former Guinness World Record holder for installations, Duncan Titmarsh, created this amazing collection. His creative approach to ordinary children’s bricks has long evolved into true contemporary art. It is famous for its incredible detail and attracts hundreds of thousands of fans worldwide. Titmarsh’s team designed each figure taking into account the anatomical features of real animals to achieve maximum likeness and a sense of presence.
This exhibition was originally conceived as a traveling project designed to delight children and adults in various cities. It already has a rich history of touring globally and consistently gathers positive public reviews. Earlier in 2026, a similar project enjoyed immense success at the Midbarium Zoo in Beersheba. Each new stop for Animal Paradise features sold-out shows, proving that the art of building has no age limits and can unite generations. The autumn premiere at Jerusalem’s Cinema City will become a bright new chapter in the history of this unique LEGO exhibition.
