Ahavat Gordon defeated Ali Koyuncu at the UTMA 17 tournament in Kaunas

The victory in Kaunas strengthens the Israeli fighter’s standing and confirms his competitiveness on the international stage.

On February 21, 2026, at the Žalgiris Arena (Kaunas, Lithuania), a professional bout under modified Muay Thai rules in the 140 lbs (63.5 kg) weight category took place as part of the international combat sports tournament UTMA 17.

Israeli fighter Ahavat Gordon, competing under the nickname “Golden Boy,” met Turkish athlete Ali Koyuncu, known for his performances on the international stage, in the ring.

The match ended prematurely in the second round. After a series of attacks from Gordon, the Turkish fighter suffered a laceration to the head, accompanied by heavy bleeding. A medical examination and assessment of the athlete’s condition led to the stoppage of the fight—Koyuncu declined to continue the match.

As a result, Ahavat Gordon secured the victory by technical knockout (TKO).

The win in Kaunas strengthens the Israeli fighter’s position and confirms his competitiveness on the international scene.

Praise be to the Almighty! 🙏
Congratulations to Akhavat Gordon on a dominant victory and a dignified performance! 🏆
