Alex Zernopolsky Appointed Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Haifa

An official ceremony for the appointment of the new Honorary Consul of Ukraine in Haifa took place at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Israel in Jerusalem.

Attorney Alex Zernopolsky was appointed to the position and presented with the relevant credentials. The Exequatur, signed by Israeli President Isaac Herzog, was delivered by Gil Haskel, Director of the Protocol Department at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The Ambassador of Ukraine to Israel, Yevgen Korniychuk, congratulated Zernopolsky and presented the Consular Commission signed by the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine, Andrii Sybiha.

For many years, Alex Zernopolsky has collaborated with the Embassy of Ukraine, supported the Ukrainian-Israeli community, and contributed to the development of bilateral relations. His appointment is seen as an important step toward strengthening Ukraine’s presence in the region, supporting its citizens, and fostering humanitarian, cultural, and business ties between the two countries.
