Carmel Tunnel Toll Rates in Haifa Increased from July 1, 2025

Starting July 1, 2025, new toll rates came into effect for the Carmel Tunnels in Haifa. The increase is part of a scheduled quarterly adjustment linked to the Consumer Price Index.

Updated rates:

Private vehicles — ₪11.74 (increase of ₪0.15)

Public transport — ₪35.22 (increase of ₪0.45)

Trucks — ₪58.70 (increase of ₪0.95)

The same rates are listed on the official operator’s website. This is not the first price hike in 2025 and has sparked criticism from local residents and the Haifa municipality.
