Israel’s Tallest Skyscraper Built in Givatayim – Soon to Be Surpassed

Beyond Tower in Givatayim is now Israel’s tallest building (313 m). Even higher skyscrapers are coming soon.

On July 20, 2025, the Beyond Tower in Givatayim officially became the tallest building in Israel, reaching 313 meters after the completion of its steel structure.

However, this record will not last long. The impressive Azrieli Spiral Tower in Tel Aviv is set to reach 350 meters soon, and an even more ambitious project, Vertical City in Ramat Gan, will rise to 450 meters, becoming a new symbol of Israel’s urban growth.

The race for the tallest skyscraper in Israel is accelerating, transforming city skylines and raising architectural ambitions to a new level.
