Jerusalem to Celebrate 50th Anniversary of Hutzot HaYotzer Festival: Two Weeks of Art, Music, and Gastronomy
As Hutzot HaYotzer celebrates its 50th anniversary, this year’s festival will spotlight the art of metalworking. Visitors will have the opportunity to watch master artisans transform raw metal into intricate works of art and handcrafted creations.
The festival’s lineup features a sprawling market showcasing the work of hundreds of Israeli and international creators. The program also includes live concerts by chart-topping musicians, street theater performances, immersive art installations, and a revamped culinary pavilion.
A major highlight of the anniversary season is a new culinary complex curated by renowned chef Rafi Cohen. The space will offer signature street food across four distinct, themed zones.
The festival will be open Sunday through Thursday from 6:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The grounds will be closed on Fridays and Saturday nights. Mainstage concerts are scheduled to begin at 9:00 p.m. each evening.
Ticket prices vary based on access. A general admission pass for 35 shekels grants entry to the craft fair, art pavilions, and the food court. For attendees wanting to catch the evening performances, a combined ticket is available for 169 shekels. Special discounts will be offered to “Yerushalmi” resident cardholders. The musical lineup brings together some of the country’s most celebrated artists. The roster includes performances by Ishay Ribo with Amir Dadon, The Idan Raichel Project, Ben Tzur, Eden Ben Zaken, Agam Buhbut and Eden Hason, Liran Danino and Nasrin, Lior Narkis and The Revivo Project, Yehuda Poliker and Shalom Hanoch, as well as Rita and Shlomi Shabat. The festival will culminate in a grand finale concert featuring Idan Amedi.
Organizers anticipate this landmark edition of Hutzot HaYotzer will be one of the summer’s most significant cultural draws, bringing tens of thousands of locals and tourists to Jerusalem.
