IACD International Prayer Forum Brings More Than 3,000 Pilgrims to Jerusalem
Jerusalem hosted the International Prayer Forum organized by the International Association for Christian Development (IACD), bringing together more than 3,000 participants from around the world.
Pilgrims, community leaders and representatives of Christian organizations from South Korea, the United States and dozens of other countries gathered in Israel’s capital for a program centered on prayer for the peace, security and prosperity of Jerusalem.
The forum was held at the International Convention Center (Binyanei HaUma), Israel’s largest convention venue, where thousands of participants filled the main auditorium. Speakers expressed support for Israel and its people, while delegates from Asia and North America highlighted the role of international faith-based cooperation in strengthening ties with the country and promoting religious tourism.
Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion attended the event and welcomed participants. In his remarks, he thanked the international delegations for their continued support for Jerusalem and emphasized the importance of international friendship and cooperation with Christian supporters of Israel.
The forum concluded with a collective prayer for peace and for the well-being of Jerusalem, bringing together participants from across multiple countries and Christian communities.
