Israel Museum Offers Free Children’s Activities for Hanukkah in Jerusalem

The Israel Museum in Jerusalem is preparing for a vibrant Hanukkah celebration, offering visitors a series of engaging family-friendly activities. This year, the museum is introducing free admission for children throughout the entire Hanukkah period (not to be confused with other paid activities), made possible thanks to a generous donation from Linda and William Hechter in memory of Bessie Rose Guberman from Winnipeg, Canada.
A wide range of workshops for children will take place, including a circus show, a creative writing workshop, and a special meeting with a Torah scribe. Additional activities include crafting clay jugs and menorahs, Hanukkah story readings, and much more.
The full program of events is available on the museum’s website: https://www.imj.org.il/
Advance registration is required.
