Israeli Companies Create Thousands of Jobs in Florida

Israeli companies have created over 8,000 jobs across Florida, strengthening innovation-driven economic ties between Israel and the U.S

According to a recent report from the Florida Economic Development Council, Israeli companies are significantly expanding their presence in Florida, having created over 8,000 jobs across the state. Currently, 429 Israeli firms operate in various sectors — from medicine and cybersecurity to agriculture and high-tech.

Experts highlight that these investments are deepening Israel–U.S. economic cooperation, especially in innovative industries. “Israel continues to be one of Florida’s leading partners in high-tech and startups,” said the director of Enterprise Florida.

Analysts attribute the job growth to strong business activity and a clear export orientation. Major companies such as Elbit Systems and OrCam have opened offices and logistics hubs in Miami, Orlando, and other cities.

Experts also emphasize that Israeli investment in the U.S. economy creates opportunities for both local professionals and international careers.
