Jerusalem Launches Tourist Voucher Program for Summer 2025

Jerusalem has announced the launch of a new tourism support program for summer 2025. Visitors who book at least two nights at city hotels between Sunday and Wednesday will now receive special vouchers to access museums and cultural events.
According to the program terms, each tourist is eligible for a voucher worth 100 shekels, which can be used for museums, exhibitions, culinary experiences, and entertainment. A family of five can receive up to 500 shekels, credited to a digital wallet and available for use throughout their stay.
Steve Rubin, Director of Tourism at the Jerusalem Development Authority, stated that the city is currently considered “the safest in Israel” and offers a wide variety of cultural activities this summer. The new voucher program is part of a broader campaign to attract both domestic and international tourists and to foster a spirit of optimism in the capital.
The initiative aims to make staying in Jerusalem more affordable and engaging for all types of visitors.
