Kyiv Hit by One of the Most Massive Attacks of the War

Overnight, Kyiv and other regions of Ukraine experienced a large-scale aerial attack, which experts are already calling one of the biggest since the beginning of the full-scale invasion. According to official data, Russian forces deployed a total of 690 weapons, including 90 missiles of various types and 600 attack drones.
The capital was the main target of the strike. Ukrainian air defense forces managed to neutralize a significant portion of the threat: according to preliminary information, 604 targets were shot down or suppressed by electronic warfare, including 55 missiles and 549 drones. Despite the effective work of the air defenses, the consequences of the attack were tragic: there are fatalities, and the number of injured has risen to 56 people.
In addition, Air Force spokesperson Yurii Ihnat reported that Russian forces used an “Oreshnik” ballistic missile, targeting the city of Bila Tserkva. Specialized teams are currently working at the sites where debris fell, assessing the scale of infrastructure damage.
