LinkedIn Introduces AI Job Search Tool to Deliver Personalized Career Recommendations

LinkedIn has launched a powerful new AI-powered search tool that aims to transform how users find jobs on the platform. The tool enables job seekers to use natural, free-form queries like “I want to work in marketing in the gaming industry, but I have no experience”, and receive personalized job suggestions based on their interests, skills, and career goals.

Currently available to LinkedIn Premium users with English language settings, the AI job search assistant will soon roll out to a wider audience. According to LinkedIn, this feature is especially helpful for those looking to change careers or enter the workforce for the first time.

The platform also introduced a Job Match feature, which helps candidates better understand how well they align with a specific job listing, reducing the likelihood of applying for mismatched roles.
