New Rose Park opens in the heart of the capital

Residents of the capital have a renovated park with a modern design, new leisure areas, and hundreds of rose varieties.

The grand reopening of the renovated Rose Park took place yesterday in the very heart of the capital after a major reconstruction.

The following work was done as part of the reconstruction:

Infrastructure improvements: The pathways were updated, modern outdoor furniture was installed, and full accessibility for people with disabilities was ensured.
New recreation areas: An entertainment and dining area was created. A new café opened by the lake in the center of the park.
Botanical renewal: All vegetation was completely replaced, and the number of rose varieties was increased to several hundred, making the park a unique botanical garden.

“The opening of the renovated park reflects our desire to make Jerusalem a modern and welcoming city where everyone can find a place for rest, inspiration, and communication,” said Jerusalem Mayor Moshe Lion.

The Rose Park is located in the heart of Jerusalem, in the Givat Ram neighborhood. It is situated across from the Knesset building and next to the Supreme Court, on Eliezer Kaplan Street.
