The complex will consist of three 18-story buildings designed for 268 apartments.

Dan Real Estate and Rami Levy Real Estate have received official building permits for the Prime Jerusalem residential complex at the Holyland site.

The complex will consist of three 18-story buildings featuring 268 apartments, ranging from 3 to 6 rooms. All residential units include balconies with views of the city and the Gazelle Valley. The lower level will feature a 1,500 m² commercial promenade for cafes and shops. Resident amenities include a gym, business lounge, tenant club, rooftop garden, and a central public park. Construction will adhere to “green” building standards, with Dania Sibus serving as the general contractor.

The Prime Jerusalem project is located within the Holyland area, in close proximity to the Emek HaTzvaim (Gazelle Valley) nature reserve, the Malha Mall, and Teddy Stadium. This location offers convenient access to major transportation arteries.

Apartment prices in the project start at 3.89 million NIS, with an average price of approximately 36,700 NIS per square meter. The expected sales revenue is estimated at 1.1 billion NIS. Construction is scheduled for completion, with key handover expected by the end of 2029.
