Israeli fighter Rafi Aronov scored a knockout win over a British opponent at Cage Warriors 192 in London, answering anti-Israeli provocations.
On July 12, at the MMA event Cage Warriors 192 in London, Israeli fighter Rafi “Cop” Aronov delivered a spectacular knockout victory in the second round over British fighter Brad “Mad Lad” Wheeler.
The fight attracted special attention due to Wheeler’s history of controversial anti-Israeli and antisemitic statements, which gave the bout an additional resonance.
Rafi Aronov serves in the elite Israeli police unit YASAM and took part in repelling the Hamas attack on October 7, 2023, in Ofakim. His victory in London was seen as a powerful response to his opponent’s provocative rhetoric.
