Former NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has unveiled his new book, “On My Watch: Leading NATO in a Time of War.” The memoir covers his tenure leading the alliance from 2014 to 2024, offering insights into NATO’s operations during global crises.

In the book, Stoltenberg shares his experiences interacting with world leaders, including Angela Merkel, Donald Trump, and Volodymyr Zelensky, and describes his talks with Vladimir Putin and Sergey Lavrov. The memoir pays special attention to the war in Ukraine, the withdrawal of troops from Afghanistan, internal alliance challenges, and NATO’s relations with Russia and China.

The book is published in English and spans approximately 448 pages. It was released in 2025 by William Collins. Pre-orders are already available on Yakaboo, with an expected release date of November 20, 2025.
