“Tasty Summer in Jerusalem”: City Hall Opens Open-Air Food Truck Park

The Jerusalem Municipality has launched a summer project — Tasty Summer in Jerusalem — a culinary open-air venue featuring food trucks in Train Track Park. The event runs on weekday evenings from late June through early August, offering locals and tourists street food from top Jerusalem restaurants.

The food trucks operate from 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM, with dishes priced between 25 and 45 shekels. The lineup of vendors changes every two weeks. The program also includes free live music performances, photo zones, children’s activities, and a panoramic view of evening Jerusalem from the Armon Hanatziv Promenade.

This initiative supports local businesses and promotes the development of public urban spaces. According to municipal estimates, the project has already drawn thousands of visitors and become one of the city’s standout summer attractions.
