The premiere of the Israeli series “Nutuk” took place on Keshet 12 channel

Nutuk – a new Israeli series about the life of the Druze community and mystical events. Premiered on Keshet 12, with an international release coming soon on Netflix.

On October 27, 2025, the highly anticipated drama series “נוטוק” (“Nutuk”) premiered on the Israeli television channel Keshet 12. The plot of the series focuses on a young Druze family living in northern Israel and touches upon the unusual themes of reincarnation, memory, and cultural identity.

The main characters are Mia and Rami Pars, as well as their six-year-old son, Daniel. The boy begins to recall events from his “previous life,” leading to dramatic and mystical occurrences in the family’s life. The action unfolds in the Druze villages of Majdal Shams and Daliyat al-Karmel, which adds a special authenticity to the series.

One of the most notable features of the series “Nutuk” is that a significant part of the dialogues is conducted in Arabic. This bold decision not only gives the series the highest degree of authenticity, reflecting the life of the Druze community, but also serves as a bright indicator of the openness of Israeli society to other cultures. The broadcast of a series with a predominance of Arabic speech on a leading channel demonstrates that cultural and linguistic diversity is not only recognized but also perceived positively in the country’s modern media space.

The series is available for viewing on the Keshet 12 channel and the Mako VOD platform. Against the backdrop of the international success of Israeli cinematography, “Nutuk” is expected to be released on international streaming platforms, including Netflix, in 2026.
